We will start with an initial, no-obligation consultation where we will investigate the nature and extent of your requirements. This established, we will provide you with a written project proposal and a quote for the costs involved. Once accepted, we will set to work on your site. The first stages will involve such things as collecting background information about your business or organization, selecting the material to be used on your pages and deciding upon the visual look and overall goals/aims of your site. Once a clear picture is established of what the site will look like, we will embark on developing the graphics and writing the code. Opportunities will be provided for you to view work in progress if required, to ensure you are happy with the way the project is proceeding. Once the work is complete, we will handle whatever is necessary to get the project live online. This will include helping you find somewhere to host your pages if you don't already have somewhere, registering a unique domain name (eg. yourname.com or yourname.org) for your site if you wish and fully testing and fine-tuning the site to ensure it all works as intended. We will also register your site with all the major search engines and Web directories so that your new site can be easily located by your customers and other interested parties. Once you are fully satisfied with your new site, it will give you service for many years to come. Whether you wish to have it periodically upgraded to keep abreast of the inevitable technological developments on the Web is entirely up to you because a well designed site shouldn't need constant upgrading. However, depending on the nature of the information on your site, it may need updating periodically, or even quite regularly as your online information changes. If so, you may wish to enlist the help of TM9 Web Design & Hosting in maintaining your site.
